Digital Art / Photomanipulation / Macabre & Horror

i made this dream (nightmare if u prefer). i don't know if the arm was mine, but i used it for this work. i won't explain the meaning of this dream because i'm not relly sure of it, even if i can imagine.
i've put this work into Macabre & Horror section, but it's also surreal and conceptual.
it was easy to redraw because the arm and the veins weren't in movement, so this work can be considered as a photograph extracted from my mind.
hope you won't feel scared

HelicaseHelio and I were always sitting on the stairs, chatting about the lamina and occasionally making snide remarks about ribosomes. There wasn't much for us to do. Our job was to simply be, and let the RNA scribble down the letters on our foreheads when they came around every once in a while. Helio was a G, I was a C. It wasn't exactly fulfilling, I suppose. There wasn't much to be filled. So to pass the time, we talked.
"You ever wonder?" Helio asked.
"About what?"
